Day 164. My work out schedule.

Did 30 mins on the elliptical this morning. Going to do the 30 day shred after dinner. And another 30 mins on the elliptical.  I'm going to do this everyday. Going to take 1 day rest.

Still trying to eat better. I'm doing much better then I use to.

A little bit frustrated as i didnt do the dvd or the extra elliptical

But we did have a great day.
And i got a plant started. From my friend Tanya.
